Loan rates or programs found on Web site may not be published on other sites, or disseminated in any manner without prior written permission of Lender Rate Match LLC.

Lender Rate Match LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by posting new Terms of Use at this location.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lender Rate Match LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party providers of information or services to the Web Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use of or your violation of the intellectual property rights of Lender Rate Match LLC or any of those other parties.

8. Jurisdiction / Enforceability

Any dispute concerning this site shall be subject to the exclusive venue of a court of competent jurisdiction in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

9. Lender Services

To complete your rate search request, the personal information you provide will be transmitted through a secure channel to ONE lender in our network of participating lenders. When this occurs, you agree to the following:

1. If you provide your telephone number on this Web Site, you agree that Lender Rate Match LLC and any affiliated lender and/or real estate service provider may contact you by telephone, even if you are listed in any state or federal Do Not Call registry.
2. Lender Rate Match LLC is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions in connection with loans, nor do we obtain consumer credit reports.
3. Lender Rate Match LLC does not guarantee acceptance into any particular mortgage program or specific loan terms or conditions with any participating Lender. Loan approval standards are established and maintained solely by the participating individual Lenders.
4. Any loan programs and rates presented on this Web Site are subject to verification, and additional loan terms may apply which may result in a different rate or terms than quoted, or denial of a loan application. Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise for a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement.
5. Web Site is not responsible for any services provided to you by a Lender to which we provide your information, and you agree that we shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of such services.
6. Web Site services are provided only in conjunction with mortgage products and interest rates made on real property located in the fifty United States and District of Columbia unless otherwise noted.

Lender Rate Match LLC is not a licensed real estate broker or agent. In the event you request Lender Rate Match LLC assist you in contacting a real estate agent professional, we submit the information you provided to us through a secure server to a real estate service provider in our network of participating real estate professionals. We will not submit any information about you or your real estate request unless you request we do so by choosing that option and providing us with your contact information. In the event you request this service, you agree to the following:
